At Peakstyle, we are proud of the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.  Our warranty policy makes sure that you get products that are in great shape.

 1. What the warranty covers

 Our warranty covers defects in the product and damage that happens during shipping.

 Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents are not covered by the warranty.

 2. Time of Warranty

 Customers have seven days from the time they get their order to tell us about any broken or defective items.

 Claims made after this time may not be able to get a replacement or a refund.

 3. How to file a claim for a warranty

 If you need help, please email our customer service team at contact@Peaksttyle. shop with your order number and a description of the issue. 

 Take clear pictures of the broken or damaged item.

 Our team will look over your claim and tell you how to get your item back or get a new one.

 4. Solution

 If your claim is approved, we will give you a replacement or a refund, depending on what you want and what we have in stock.

 Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within seven days of getting the item back.
